Willing to give this place another shot some time, but not any time soon
The server did not bring ketchup, she said she would, we had to get up and grab our own after she never returned.
Semi-long wait, but it was a busy Saturday night. However, when we were called that our table was ready, it still took 10 minutes for the hostess to seat us. Don't buzz us until it is ready!
Great service. Great food. Very happy we decided to visit this place after having such a negative experience at another famous restaurant down the street. We were very reluctant about trying this place due to the poor service we had at another restaurant. But we were pleasantly surprised. Both host an waitress were professional and friendly. Very pleased.
Wonderful service. Everything the waiter recommended was superb! Stunning gulf views, and great drinks. A little pricey for what you get, but all in all, a good experience.
Server (Sierra) was awesome and attentive without being annoying. The lava-lava shrimp were great, but could have used a little more kick. Great ribs and crabcake sandwich.
After about 10-15 min, we got our drinks, they were good. 15 min later, we got our food. The burgers were room temp, the fries were room temp, the sweet potato fries were colder than room temp. This tells us that our food sat in the window for a long time. The place was 1/3 full so there is no excuse
The two star is only because the margaritas were pretty good. We went there on a Wednesday evening and they were not busy at all. Service was terrible. Our waitress came to the table after we sat for 10 minutes. We gave entire order at once because we thought it would be another 20 min min if we only gave our drink orders.
We go to Margaritaville every time we stay in Destin, never a complaint from me. Great service. Clean restaurant and facilities. Amazing food. Don't let the prices fool you. It might look expensive but man do you get some food with it. Love this place.
