We love the boat house. Amazingly friendly staff and great food. This is where the locals come. Great service and entertainment!!! Definitely a must do when your in the area.
Excellent food. Grilled shrimp was the best. Fried shrimp was also good. And blackened mahi mahi also. Atmosphere nice and relaxed with a water view of harbor sea smell in the air and another view of a wonderful sunset. Too bad will be the last for at least another year. But will return here with out a doubt.
Best Oysters in Destin, hands down. Great food all around. I make a point to go here at least once or twice every time I'm in Destin, simply for the oysters. Always a fun, party atmosphere as well. You're missing out of you don't know about this place!
Last time I was there it seemed more like a hipster bar. Much more gentrified. Progress I suppose. But still a fun place to hangout with friends and family. Plan to check it out again next week.
Really good food. Service was absolutely terrible our waitress had a horrible, snooty attitude. She spilled tea and water all over our table including on our plates of food and our iPhones and then didn't even apologize or even bother to clean it up or fix it. She went on to her next table to see if they need anything. A person from our party had to tell the waitress to clean it up or at least bring us some towels. Then we had to go to management because one of the plates of food that had been soaked in sweet tea, the waitress didn't even bother to ask if she could fix it. After that, the waitress did not come back to our table, she didn't ask us how we're doing, anything. The manager had a brace on her wrist and was cleaning tables when the servers should be doing that. They were not even short staffed. A man that was working as what seemed to be a server and in the kitchen had to take over our table along with the manager and he was very friendly and helpful as well. I had to holler at the waitress to bring us our bill. Luckily the manager was very very sweet and helpful and apologetic and she made it right. Please get rid of this waitress because she will ruin your business if you don't.
