I was there last month on my break to get something to eat and I was sitting at the bar waiting to get severe my food. As I was sitting there I seen two of the cooks drop a chicken tender on thefloor and then pick it up and sat it on the counter, then they picked it back up and dropped it in the fryer. So I told the manager and they didn't do anything but severe it to the guests. And that's why I will never eat there again.
We waited 9 minutes for our water, and 29 minutes for our food. My fries were cold when they arrived, the salad had super wilted lettuce, tater tots were cold. The waiter was nice and cool, the burgers were outstanding
Okay. I got so much attention her it just made my day!! Really sweet waitresses. Cook made my burger just the way I asked. Everything was perfect and communication skills were excellent!!! Thank you Susan and Debi!!!!
Amazing place. The manager worked hard to ensure we had a great experience.
We ate there 11/24/17 , the food was cold and server didn't check on us but once . I wondered why the lady at the table across from us asked for fresh burgers when her server replied we cook alot up when expecting a crowd. Believe me there was no crowd.Will not be back.
