Who doesn't love Chipotle? The only reason I give them 4 stars is because when their manager is in the store they give less than half a scoop of everything. But when she isn't they give full scoops, for the price I'm paying I should get decent scoops.

Oh my goodness...This is one of the freshest, most delicious places I have been for a quick bite to eat. I mean, we love Chipotle!!! We live about 45 minutes away (traffic) and it's worth it to drive out here JUST to get one of their burritos. Their chicken just tastes SO FRESH! The seasoning is so light and it gives it that perfect grill taste. I hate cilantro so I get the brown rice instead of the white and I can barely taste it. Everything is sooo good. They're pretty fast even when they're packed, they have a good assembly line.

The food is always really fresh and good (unless you're there at night). The lines can be really bad during the tourist season but it goes by at a decent rate. It depends on who you get but sometimes they try and skimp you on the servings. I politely ask for more without the double charge because it's ridiculous how little they try to give you. The customer service isn't the best. Most of the time they have a really bad attitude. I once ordered and paid online because I left my wallet at work on my lunch break. I had the email receipt but the store manager tried to argue me down that it wasn't paid for. She got an attitude and claimed she was giving it to me for free despite the charge being on my account. The ironic part was right before me, she gave a customer a "its on me" card because she was friends with her and shopped there all the time. I only eat here regularly because the food is good. I stopped going for a while because of the attitude I would receive.
