I love Cracker Barrel but they totally changed that tonight. I called in a Togo order for my husband to pick up. When he arrived after twenty min (told 15 before ready) they said they didn't have my order. Then they said they did. Then they didn't. Then they left him standing in the restaurant for twenty minutes not telling him what's going on. He called me and told me the situation so I called up there, I was transferred to Togo orders and no one would answer phone so I got disconnected. It happened again. Then I called a third time and had to tell the front girl what was going on. All in all I called 20 min before he arrived, he waited at least twenty before calling me and it took me just as long to get anyone to help him. Horrible, sounds like nobody knows what they are doing standing at work? Seriously? I had to call in to the land line and force someone to answer my questions and help my husband who was standing directly in front of them. Worse Cracker Barrel experience ever! Thanks for ruining my only family date night with your awful work ethic. My comfort food suddenly became discomfort food and a bad after taste. Could have done a better job my damn self like I do EVERY NIGHT OF MY LIFE. So much for wanting to enjoy a lazy Sunday evening after a hard day of work
My pancakes were wrong and my cousins meal was all wrong and coffee was cold. They brought her steak back an hour later and was wrong again. But it’s fine, they were sorry
Real long wait for seating and food. Incomplete orders. Short on service and staffing. I guess all the help was out shopping.
I have been a customer since the doors open, excellent food and service. Annie the cashier is precious and we adore she and Blanche, her daughters....they feel like family!!! Managers are awesome!!! Home cooked food !!!!!
I have noticed that the side salads are much smaller than they used to be. The service is always good. Still one of the best choices out there for reasonable pricing for great meals.
