AS ADVERTISED! We celebrated our anniversary recently at the Inn and couldn't be more happy with our decision. From the moment you walk through the doors you are treated like family. Every member of the staff we had the pleasure of meeting seemed to throughly enjoy their job. This was our first trip to the south and these people showed us the meaning of southern hospitality. The grounds are meticulously groomed. The views are gorgeous beyond description. We stayed in a room that overlooked Henderson Beach State Park. Our room was also directly above the kitchen ...which meant there was a fantastic smell most of the day that perfumed our balcony view. The unique amenities of this facility are well worth the cost. I'm usually not one to leave a review good or bad....however the attention to detail and genuine warmth of the staff at the Inn definitely warrants my gratitude. Our only regret was having to leave. Thank you Henderson Park Inn.
Elegant. Spectacular views. Great service. Creative dishes - nothing ordinary. Complimentary and unexpected taste teaser from Chef - very nice. Complimentary Valet. Fresh Tile fish caught same day in Gulf, nicely prepared. Snapper even better. They offer "Toes in the Sand" dining (2nd pic) where they set up torches and table out near the water for a very special occasion.
My husband and I just had a week long honeymoon at the Henderson Park Inn. It was the most relaxing and enjoyable week we have ever had. I actually shed a tear while leaving the Inn. We decided to go ahead and book next year for our one year anniversary and will continue to do so every year. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The building and rooms were extremely clean. I felt safe and at home. We stayed in the executive suite on the third floor and we were lucky enough to see a clear view of the ocean every single day. We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour at the tiki hut. We ordered room service a couple of times from the Beach Walk Cafe conveniently located downstairs. The food was perfect and my husband and I are trying to recreate some of the recipes to share with our family this holiday season. (I highly recommend the Chicken and Waffles) We took a lot of pictures but they are not saved on my computer. I can't wait until next year to see all the friendly faces and relax with my husband.
Private beach was amazing. The hotel is very new (1 year at time of review). Rooms were kind of small for the price.
Absolutely perfect place for a special occasion. It's tasteful, the staff are talented and the food is amazing. The view is spectacular. We went for our anniversary, but it's casual too. I think we going back before we leave the beach!
