I've had the best experiences here! Jen and Sarah are great! Jen really made it feel like I was ring shopping with a friend and she genuininely cared about how much I loved the ring. They kept everything I loved about certain styles in mind while they helped us find the perfect rings. I have to go back one more time for my groom's ring, but they're a dream to work with! The turn around time on my custom made engagement ring was maybe a week! I'm so thrilled with Reeds and especially these two ladies!

It is sad that this store is a Breigling dealer but yet does not have the proper to tool to change a band. The lady that was working was kind and helpful but guess we will get the band changed while we are out of town or find another store local.
I was in the market for a certain cut diamond. I met Cheryl and it was obvious that she knew her diamonds. When I could not find the "right" diamond, she aggressively sought to find the perfect diamond for me. She was able to find two options; I was thrilled beyond measure. After picking the diamond, she was talented enough to help me design the band. I love my new ring; can't stop smiling. I have no regrets. When I am in the market for more jewelry, I will always seek out Cheryl.
Where to begin. This was such a wonderful experience for my girlfriend and I. We had been to a few other jewelers before we came to Reeds. The first time we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly manner by the associate, Sarah. She could tell we were new to this whole thing and this was in fact our first rodeo. She asked us questions about what we were looking for, she was patient, kind, friendly. We took our time looking at and trying on different rings. Sarah was so knowledgeable and professional. She made such a lasting impression on us that a few months later, we came back. Mind you, we live in Birmingham Alabama. We decided that we wanted to do business with no one but her and definitely with Reeds. All in all, I think we have been back to see Sarah about 5 times now and we finally bought our rings last week. She treated us with such respect, no judgment (being that we are a same sex couple). She became our friend and I am so happy and glad that we met. This store is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming, laid back, no pressure, have fun, elite and beautiful products. We had so much fun and it was honestly a wonderful experience that words really couldn't express.
Reeds in Destin, FL was fantastic to me yesterday and made the whole experience of purchasing my watch a pleasure. I was greeted in a friendly manner and both Alex and Jennifer were knowledgeable and professional.
