My husband and I have done a lot of business at this store and are always satisfied with the customer service. We even got a holiday card once from the saleswoman who sold us our wedding bands! They most recently had to fix a customer service error for us that another store had made (we stopped in that particular store to fix a problem while visiting family). But they did so quickly and at their own expense! I always leave very pleased with my experience.
They don't have enough workers... very rude.... they don't acknowledge you when you come in.... poor customer service
