Nothing special. Half the items don't have prices. Items have to be ordered for delivery and they charge for deliver. Unless you buy the damaged and slightly used floor models. Quality is akin to something made in China that you could order off Wayfair or Amazon. Employees try to talk to you constantly and get a commission. Just made me miss Ikea.
Friendly staff and the new management team are top-notch. Remodeled floor is clean and colorful and prices are unbeatable for the area!
Salesman(Buzz) added Force Field Protect to my purchase without my approval and when I saw the receipt and called to have removed, he accused me of agreeing to the add. My bad for not reviewing the details before I left the store, I had children with me and was trying to get it done, I had already researched the stain protection product before and knew I didn't want it.... Buzz agreed to refund the charges when we spoke. So, I had to wait the required 5-7 days since credits don’t show up right away on your credit card…. Surprise Surprise ….talked to my CC company today and guess what no credit issued! So Buzz is great! Committed fraud on the purchase and lied to me when I called to have it removed…….. such a great experience! Ha Ha I’m calling the store to see if I can get it corrected… we will see! Not very optimistic......
I'm not exactly sure what the negative reviewers are talking about. Mayb their visit was during the old management regime? These folks in Destin are really trying hard for your business. Just recently have changed up the management, completely changed and redid the entire store. For the price point you can't beat the value. Salespeople are super helpful and don't hover.
