It's real wood!!!
My parents just moved to the area and we were looking for some new furnishings for their new home. When we stopped in the store, the woman at the front desk was too busy running around doing nothing and did not stop to even say hello to us. So we walked around the store a bit and came across a $500 console table that my father loved. Instead of the associate interacting with and asking us what we were looking for, my father had to go over to her when he had a question and the woman completely ignored him. So we decided to stop looking and leave. So as we were walking out the door, then she finally wanted to speak to us and wanted to know if we were just visiting or we were new to the area. So you think we are just tourists wondering around and are not going to purchase anything? Really? What kind of customer service does this company value? My parents and I all work in the customer service industry and none of us would ever give treat a customer like that. I hope she doesn't treat all customers like this.
