We purchased new pillows and they were not in stock, so they took a dirty floor model pillow and put it in a bag and told us it was a new pillow. They also delivered a piece that had a scratch. They subcontract with a repair company. No appointment was available for 30 days. On the date for tepair, they said it would be after 5 and then I called back to cancel and was on hold forever. Was never able to speak to anyone. They also delivered the wrong box set with one of the mattresses. The place is high pressure sales and awful customer service.
I'd never been to Hanks before but stopped in after seeing the sign for Lexington furniture. The store was huge and the Lexington section was impressive. I was greeted by Katie who walked me through how to customize a sofa at no extra cost. She was friendly and knowledgeable but I never buy at the first place I stop. She was very understanding and printed me an estimate of the final price, gave me her card, and a brochure with info on the pieces I was interested in. I'm so glad she did because the other places I checked couldn't even come close to the total she gave me.
I'd definitely go back to buy furniture.... prices are high for mattresses but all in all good experience
My wife and I was in your Destin store on 3/19/17 and was treated very well by your sale associate Eric Miller and your interior decorator. We ended up not shopping anywhere else and ended up purchasing over $6,400 of furniture. Keep up the good work.
Wonderful shopping experience. Saw the same thing at a different company and Hank's prices were much better! Katie Kahn, assistant manager, was so professional and friendly. I will be back when I am in the market for more fine furniture.
