I've done business with Sunset Shoes for 5+ years and I've always been happy with the service I receive. I am a local business owner myself and I am happy to say Sunset Shoes is one of my favorite places to shop.
Went here to get a pair of chacos and they had extremely low stock of them. I chose around 4 different pairs and they didn't have any in my size. I could tell the girl was getting tired of going back and fourth so I asked her if she knew which ones they did have and she said we have most sizes in this seasons shoes so I asked her which ones were this seasons and she couldn't tell me. So I asked if she knew which ones she had in a size 7. She said no. Then I asked her if they had one more pair and she went to the back and then didn't even come to me and tell me no. She completely ignored me when she came back out. She stood with her arms crossed and a sullen look on her face when we first went in. I don't understand why you would work in the public or in retail if you can't treat people nicely. She had bleach blonde hair and a nose ring. Avoid her.
The manager was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I will highly recommend this store. I love my new shoes! Thank you!
