I have a very bad experience in this store. Workers are very rude and unprofessional. I will never buy anything in this store.
I have been a devoted sketchers user for years. Went to the outlet store today to buy work shoes and the "you walk" sneakers and, I was really impressed with how great it looked in the store and with the customer service! I dealt mainly with Wes and he was amazing!! As a manager for a company who deals with customers continuously, I scout for people with great customer service skills, kudos to Wes, he definitely had that! My experience was great and I will continue to purchase my sketchers in Wes store because of the positive impression he made and left on my mind. Thanks Carmen
Looked really nice, no staff can't forward to inquire if we needed any help. Although they were helpful when we approached them.
Store is well organized and staff is very friendly. Can't beat buy one pair get the 2nd at 50% off.
