My first experience was a very good one, but unfortunately the last time I tried to get someone out to help me from this company, or even get a quotation, was a very bad experience. Emerald Bay Plumbing were very slow in getting back with me, it took four attempts to speak with one of their representatives and I even sent an overview that they requested, of what work needed to be done and materials required, just to get a quotation. Even after all that, I did not receive any call or acknowledgement, to say they would come out and view the work required or weren't interested in the job "NOTHING". Very poor customer interaction/support, would not recommend, this company.
I have used Emerald Bay exclusively during my time in construction. I have nothing but good to say about the entire company. If you need a plumbing company to be on time, do quality work and have integrity , this is your company. I have had too deal with other plumbers in this area because homeowners chose them and it always results in some kind of an issue.

I have not personally used this company but I refer them as we get many calls for plumbing at our HVAC/Appliance company. All of my customers have called back thanking us for the referral and stated they were very happy with the service they received. Keep up the good work!
My house was completely backed up and a service technician came out quickly. He was able to figure the problem and take care of it. He was polite. I will definitely call Emerald Bay Plumbing again if I need them.
