Horrible Service! Had an appointment, plumber was suppose to be here between 12-2pm. At 2:30 I called the office. Receptionist says "oh yea plumber text me Ealier I just haven't gotten around to calling you, but he can't come today can't be there until two days later". Talked to manager at office and she just says oh sorry I'll talk to her. What happened to business ethics. People don't want your business and don't make it right they just don't care. I sure hope hey don't treat everyone this way, I know I'm just one and no big deal but you do it to enough people and you're out of business. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Run away!
Tried to show up an hour late and never called. They charge $65 to give you a quote, vertical unprofessional.
The City of Destin was doing some work in the street in front of my house and hit a pipe, crushing it. The sewer subsequently backed up in my and my neighbors' houses. Of course this was on Labor Day weekend, so getting help was all but impossible.
Discovered water leaking out from under one of my bedroom walls at around 8PM, after calling a couple of other emergency plumbers to no avail, I left a message with Acme. Chris got in contact with me within a few minutes and was able to be at my house in less than an hour. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem as a pinhole leak in a pipe in my attic. Had it repaired in no time and the price wasn't crazy, considering the after hours nature of the emergency. Leak is fixed and the whole process was easy and professional. They're definitely my first call for plumbing emergencies now.
Had an issue at my place of employment that needed quick resolution. The Service Technician that responded was Bill Wilson and he provided fast and friendly service, and took the time to show me what exactly what was going on. I would personally recommend Acme Plumbing for any needs that you might have.
I called ACME plumbing's emergency number and Sean responded right away. Ultimately, since the problem was not on my property, he could not fix it, but he spent hours here digging for the sewer outtake, working on the roof access, etc. He was professional and knowledgeable, helping and detailing his findings to Destin Water when they finally got here. I will never call another plumbing company. ACME is great, and Sean is the best of the best.
