Placed an online deliver order & when I received my new order, it was incorrect. I called & spoke to the manager on duty, which would not provide her name, after I asked several times. She refused to correct my order & refused to give me a refund. I went to the location & after I mentioned contacting corporate, she changed her attitude, she stated that since I placed my order online she “could not correct my order or give me a refund”. After I left I called the Eglin pkwy location & the assistant manager on duty stated that how the Destin manager handled my situation was incorrect & stated that I could contact corporate and if I wasn’t satisfied then he would help me. I will NEVER order from this location again! My business will stay at the Eglin pkwy!
I was craving a sandwich so I decided to go to Jimmy Johns for lunch today instead of Subway or Lenny's. Sadly it was a mistake. The crew wasn't very friendly and the sandwich was far from being even just yummy.. The bread was not fresh and let's not discuss toppings because they merely existed. I'm sure to never return.
Very rude, took a long long time to make my sandwich, and we called them to see if they were doing the $1 sandwiches and they said yes we got there and they weren't doing them and they were mean about it to. Do NOT recommend them this was a very horrible experience.
Very slow for a Jimmy John's and they were nice enough to over charge me. Sign says chips are $1.50 (which is already a rip-off). On my check, they were $1.75. A small sub, small drink, and small bag of chips in a strip mall should cost over $10 after taxes!
