I also think the staff is awesome, I went in to use my rewards and have never redeemed them before so I got kind of confused. I think I sort of confused the cashier as well, but he was totally nice about it and got his manager, she was also very nice to me and just explained everything to me and pointed at the screen so I could see that I made a mistake on my order and forgot a sandwich. They handled it very well and I was very happy with my order :)
