So nice and always does a great job with our clothes. I have used them for 3 years
I had a chocolate spill on something and took it to them while I was vacationing in Destin. I paid $8 in advance for the stain removal. I had not previously tried to remove the stain so as to not set it. When I returned to pick it up the next afternoon, they didn't have the item and said that the delivery person had taken it with him. They expected me to come back off the beach the next day at their convenience to pick it up. I asked them to deliver it to me instead. They reluctantly delivered it, and guess what? The stain is still there. TERRIBLE!
TERRIBLE!! Had one 4 items that needed to be dry cleaned, one had a tear and I asked the lady to sew it up for me. They brought them back late and they didn't even sew up the part that was torn. The woman went out of town and her husband who was there couldn't speak English so I couldn't relate my concerns. It's like they were begging me to lose my business. I just came from Korea and they would never operate this way. Wish I had picked up more Korean so I could cuss them out! Don't go here.
The worst!!!! They lost my 6 shirts (400.00 value) and told me I picked them up and I was lying!!! She (owner) took the ticket and would not give it back to me. Stay away from these THIEVES. I am reporting them to Niceville Chamber and better business
I brought my dog in for cleaning and they ate him! Aldo, they charged me an extra $8 for stain removal because his name was spot!
