Erica Berry is the best! Have been using her for years. A wonderful individual inside and out. Does a great job! Wouldn't want to use anyone else.
Went there to get my hair trimmed and Erica Berry ended up butchering it and cut off a foot and a half because the highlights she put fried my hair. She refused to listen to what style that I.wanted and just cut it off how she chose. I am warning everyone to never go there or let her touch your hair. She is a horrible stylist!!! Very disappointed in this company.
Quick service... better get there early in the morning.... otherwise, a long wait.

In reference to the review by "June Bugg" our store can find no record of you being signed into our system or checked out. We checked Erica' s clients, services and transactions and have found zero highlights in the last 3 weeks. We find it odd that you claim to.have had such a bad experience with such an experienced stylist and you never contacted a manager and no other stylists or Erica have any recollection of such a traumatic experience in which you have described. Are you sure you have the right store ? Erica has been doing hair for 18 years and as been at this store for 2 and we have never seen her fry anyone's hair
