Got my nails done by them for the first time and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much. If you get your nails done on a regular basis, I recommend them. Even if it's a one time thing go to them, amazing work
Stopped in for pink & white. Was hesitant because i've been messed up with pink & white a lot. Vince did my nails. He did an awesome job! I got dark pink, which is darker then the other places i've been. He forewarned me before that it was really dark, but I wanted it anyway and I love it! He did such an awesome job! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love these guys. Great customer service, excellent quality products. I do the SNS nails versus gel or acrylics. On me it lasts 4 weeks. Worth paying $5 more.
I had been here once for a pedicure as I do not live here. So when I saw their post on FB about some neat color options I decided to get a new set of gel nails w/ Cats Eye option when I got to town. I made an appo. this time to ensure everything go well, as I needed a pedicure too. I specified cats eye on phone. They sat down about 8 boxes n front of me, some were not even cats eye. I didn't see color I had mentally chosen from the Facebook pic, so I asked. I should have know then it would not end well as lady didn t seem to know what I was talking about, I pulled up the picture THEY POSTED ON FB. I ask. Do u have all these colors? I did not get an answer she began Opening every box to check for corresponding # on FB pic. I didn't even bother 2 tell her the # was on outside of boxes, b/c I could clearly see my choice wasn't there. I chose something else just trying to keep it moving. Pedi was fine, and then I asked for coffin shape nails. I showed her a pic to ensure she knew the shape. Coffin need to be a certain length to have full effect, and when she asked me how long, I felt dread come over me. She should KNOW this. I cannot gauge upside down if length is correct. So basically she created a new shape for the books. Almond w/ squared off tops, some more defined than others, I just went w/ it as it took a while to realize how they really looked. I was now at 2 hour mark and getting antsy, my reg. Technician is so much quicker. She mentioned about cats eye, and I said the color I chose ended up being Halo design, she corrected me, so I pointed to box to word HALO. Red flag # 15 was when she pulled tool out that makes HALO magnetic design, and had to stare at it. Did she not know which side was magnet!? Well it didn't do anything after she held it to pinky, so she tried again and I saw no halo design, of course she tried to encourage me to say I did. I guess tech next to us sensed it wasn't

Going well so he jumped over and took over. I was releived at first, but he seemed to have trouble too, so he pulled out a square magnet which worked (it was bigger) but it made cats eye effect, so I ask "We 're doing Cat eye now?" He becomes defensive " is that not what you want?" Now I've had it! I pick up box."do u see this design? HALO this is what it should look like, no one here seems confident on how to do this!" I get the giggle which translated means "let me get this crazy lady outta here" He trys circular magnet again creating a half moon on top of one nail and trys to encourage me to go with it. I tell him 2 to do cats eye so I can get outta there, at least w/ that magnet I could see a design. My original tech never even came to take my $. I paid a 3rd technician. I wanted so badly to leave no tip! So badly! But I tipped. My nails were $60 but not what I wanted AT ALL. They should not post color wheels of what they offer when in reality they have about 8 out of 40.
