I believe we could get better PC and network service from the local Middle-school computer class. NETDATA SUCKS!!!

The team at NetData has assisted our company over the past 7 years and are wonderful to work with. Great customer support and service. We highly recommend them and you are in good hands with NetData!
They were contracted at my work to install a computer network (computers and all) for internet and reservation taking. They installed approx 8 stations all with internet access and none with any form of anti-virus programs. Yes they are suppose to be professionals.
Then theirs the "reliability" issue. The internet and network seem to be down more than they are working, yet each time they "fix" the problem another one arises along with another bogus excuse.
