Great place, been coming to them for over a year now for repair or new installations on my sound system. I'm getting my whole interior speaker set up installed by them. Very genuine, good guys, fair with how they charge you, and make you feel welcome. Amazing business!
I took my vehicle to ECC for a window tint. I will say that my relationship with them did not start off on the right foot, due to an hour wait before I could not wait any longer and left. However, later that day, Jeff, the installer, called me very apologetic and took on full responsibility. He asked me to give them a second chance and he would make it right. In my book, any shop owner who is willing to do that gets my full respect, so I returned. Jeff met me apologized again and stopped what he was doing to take care of my window tint. He took 17 minutes from taking my truck in to bringing it out and what an amazing job he did. If you need your windows tinted I recommend you taking your vehicle here. This is a stand up company who cares about the customer. Thanks Jeff, you do great work!
With all three cars, I've done everything from tinting to painting to car stereo. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else. They do amazing work and I've always been super happy with them!
