Lovely staff and amazingly well designed and kept office!
Out of all the dental practices I have been to, this is one of the very few that I have found to be worth the time to stick with. They handle everything in a professional manner and are happy to explain what they are doing at each step if there is a hint of concern.
I have Tricare - and some of the dental offices that it directs you to are, sub-par to say the least, but this dentist office is amazing.
My experience with the Dentist and the Dental Hygienist were great! However, the reception staff were rude and not willing to assist. I was asked if I wanted fluoride and I only wanted it if my insurance covered it. They stated that it did so I opted to get it. When I went to check out at the front the receptionist informed me that it was not included and kept repeating to me that it was $20 and was not included and said she was sorry for the miscommunication with zero empathy. I will be returning to this dentist office due to the treatment I received from the dental hygienist and the Dentist. Not the reception staff.
When I found scheduling a cleaning and booking a sitter for my infant to be like putting a jigsaw puzzle together, the wonderful women behind the front desk at The Center For Cosmetic and Family Dentistry offered to watch my little guy during my appointment. I've always appreciated the extraordinary friendliness of everyone in the office, but this really went above and beyond. I left with sparkling teeth and my baby had the best time being loved on endlessly by the whole team. Can I come back again tomorrow?
I tried a couple different dentist offices in fort Walton beach and had one horrible experience after another. I couldn't be happier with the center for cosmetic and family dentistry. Every person who works there is so genuinely nice and welcoming. It's a state of the art facility and the staff are all so friendly. I actually moved to Navarre and still make the drive just to go to this dentist office. It's worth the drive even if you don't live in Destin. Highly recommend!!
Firstly, the lobby and office in general, are gorgeous. It's very clean, nicely decorated, and they have snacks and drinks in the waiting area. I hate when I walk into dentist offices and they are dirty- but this office is not that. It's always incredibly clean. I was kindly greeted by Mitsy, so welcoming and sweet. My dental hygienist Tami (who I've been coming to for 2.5 years), is so nice and cleans my teeth so well. As I was leaving, the check out receptionist (did not catch her name) was incredibly kind and friendly.
