Had I brought it to them earlier in the week they would have been able to fix it in time because our car requires a specialized part that would not arrive in time for them repair it and our departure time.
Bobby and his staff went above and beyond what we needed done. I needed my air conditioner looked at while on vacation. They got me right in and let me know how bad my situation was.
They did everything they could do to try and get it fixed and were fair and honest with the price they quoted me.
We were on vacation, they were extremely busy, but were very courtesy and tried their best to accommodate everyone. We had a differental leak on a 2002 Jeep Wrangler. They filled it up checked all other fluids without us having to ask and topped them off. Went to pay for services and I was advised it was on the house. It was a very hot day and I wished I had btought each employee a Gatorade but they were giving customers and employees water.
Passing thru town on our way to Ft. Myers. Stayed in Destin a few days and needed an oil change on my 2017 F350 Super Duty dually diesel. Didn't see much for Ford dealers so reluctantly gave these guys the go ahead. Very professional and after talking to the tech who checked me in I was very confident I was in the right place. In and out in 1/2 hour which was just bonus. We travel all over the Country with our 5th wheel. Will certainly use these guys again.
I highly recommend this shop!! There was very little wait compared to all the shops around. They got me right in for A/C service while all the other shops in the area couldn't see me until next week. I saw many people in and out for an oil change while I waited and they knew what they were doing and did honest work. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the area.
These guys deserve all the tips ... I'm going to bring a couple of pizza's too! They are the best!
