Absolutely horrible. Waited in line for 20 min for an iced coffee. Employees don't seem to care or concerned about their guest. All of the orders before us were not that complex. All the cashier could offer up for our on inconvenience was a shrug of the shoulders and it happens. No sorry at all.
Nice big store with plenty of parking. Great place to chill while family is shopping at the outlet mall.
Really friendly staff! They go above and beyond with their customer service. I normally visit the drive thru in the mornings and they move through the line really fast. Don't let the line of cars deter you because they are FAST! Try the chai tea latte with no water... it's delicious!
Literally worst star bucks I’ve ever been to, waited in line for 26 minutes, I’m not even kidding! Just for an iced coffee, they never even said sorry or anything. This had happened on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS! If I order more than one drink I know it will be messed up, and then I’ll have to wait even longer!!! it’s happened every single time. The employees honestly seem like they have no idea what they are doing and just couldn’t care less anyways. WORST STARBUCKS THERE IS!!!
I bought an order I usually get at a location closer to where I live and they charged me $2 extra for the order. I wouldn't usually care that much, but I don't have a whole lot of money. Next, they took way too long to make my order (the Starbucks was empty) and it came out tasting wrong. I am dissatisfied with the service here and I suggest you find another Starbucks.
