Had my dog boarded here while on vacation and was extremely pleased! Due to traffic we were running late to drop off my dog but they waited on us so we didn't have to wait until Monday! The owner is amazing and very helpful!!
Billie Golden came to the rescue of my friends by taking care of their 6 pets during Hurricane Irma, without advanced notice. Helped to make a scary situation less stressful. We should all support businesses such as this one!
Great place, great people. Best boarding and grooming we have had since we moved here. Our Golden Doodle's boarding was top notch and the groom was perfect. Super Friendly staff and very clean business.
The groomer does an excellent job! The businessman running the business is extremely unprofessional. He cancelled twice with no notice and when I asked him why he blamed his landlord's lack of communication as to why he needed to cancel. Another time he called me and I needed to pick up my dog immediately as he needed to close. I said I could come in an hour because I was in the middle of something and couldn't leave. When he said he didn't want to hang around for an hour so I could be accommodated I told him that was bad business practice as nothing was mentioned at drop off as to me needing to be available immediately when called or I would have scheduled accordingly. When I showed up immediately he pointed to my pregnant belly and told me...oh, I see you're already emotional. I looked him in the eye and told him I'd be writing a review to let people know of his poor business skills and he told me he would have a rebuttal ready in regards to my dog's safety as it would make it look like he was doing things to keep my dog safe and I'd look like I didn't care about safety. Bottom line: groomer did an excellent job. The business side of everything was horrible.
