Rained all into my unit with piles of leaves everywhere inside the unit because of a huge roof issue that ruined boxes and boxes of my stuff. No maintenance to the units there and they told me they were not responsible for any damage. Huge rat infestation with rat feces all over everything in the unit.
Very convenient in Destin.
