If I could give this less than 1 star I would, the woman at the counter (Annie)is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have dealt with in 25 years of shipping packages.

So why should I spend extra money? When it was thier fault for not telling me about the sizes that is allowed to send for a certain country.

I am just going to use other post service.

Almost all the employees are awful. I've had multiple packages arrive at post office, just to be mailed back to the sender or disappear entirely. When I've gone up to the Post Office to ask about them, they tell me they can't find my packages or help me any further. This is coming from the front desk employees as well as what I'm assuming is the manager. The feel you get from them makes you feel like your an inconvenience and they don't care about helping you at all.

I came here first time, there was a woman, she said that I need to buy the box, put things that I want to send there and then come second time to send it. Because I had a lot to send, I just bought the box so I could pack it at home and she asked me if I want to send it abroad or inside US. I said that this is for abroad and she gave me paper to fill out acording to my answer. When I came second time another woman was there and she said that for the country where I want to send my package has limit size for box. It should be less then 79". But my box is too big. So she want me to buy another box when I already had one and it was full of goods.

you all do not see what these employees go through, short staffed , long lines it gets crazy. They do the best they can with what they have to work with, The Asian woman C.J. is amazing and very knowledgeable, Very professional . Give her props when you go in and a word of kindness she deserves it they all do. Thank all of you for all you do!!

I absolutely despise going in here due to the fact that management has less than a clue and couldn't care less about the customers. It's amazing that this branch is still in service. HORRIBLE

The quession is: How could I know that the box that I need to send is too big?

I bought a money order at this location and shipped it via certified mail. It never arrived at the destination. After being told the wrong information 10+ times about the status I learned that I had no rights to a claim because it wasn't sent priority. I was then charged to make an inquiry to re-issue the money order. I told the worker that I shouldn't be charged because USPS lost it. He replied, "I didn't personally lose it." ... This was the Supervisor. Disgusting.
