I have been with State Farm for 10 years & Jim and his team have been nothing but helpful with me! When I got in a couple of hit & runs they made sure my car was fixed and that I was taken care of! I would not have my insurance with anyone else but Jim and his team!
My wife and I had been with State Farm for over 10 years. upon finding that we could be insured by Geico for less money and double the amount of coverage we cancelled our policy three days into our month when we asked for a refund for the month we had just paid They sent us a $120 check when we had just paid them $350. And that is for only 3 days of coverage. $230 ???? We have called her numerous times and were informed that they did not have the proper cancellation dates after we supplied them with that, So we have called them several times only to be given the runaround sent them at least 10 emails only to get no response or reply. I would strongly advise anyone not to use agency not talking about State Farm in general only this office that seems to be filled when either Unconcerned or incompetent staff. They were very friendly as long as they are selling you a policy. But once there is no profit in it for them they are very rude and indifferent to customers that had been with them for a very long time. If you’re looking for insurance beware these are not the people to deal with.
I am SO not surprised to see all of these terrible reviews for this office! Everyone that works here is unprofessional and rude! They have no idea what is going on. I have had State Farm for 16 years and I am switching to another company strictly based on the people working in this office. Good riddance, State Farm! Jim Liufau...do you read these reviews and care? These people are ruining your name. I would completely clean house if I were you!
I have been with State Farm for 25 years and Jim Liufau for 15 years. I was just recently in a minor accident and the other driver who was at fault is in the Air Force, Air Force claims can take up to 6 months to process. State Farm paid for the repairs and is keeping me informed while our claim is being processed with the Air Force. I have never had an issue with State Farm and they will always be my car insurance company.
I recently had a very positive experience with this office. I am from out of state and have been with State Farm for over 26 years. An auto insurance issue arose when on a visit to Florida and it needed immediate attention. I walked into this office without an appointment and explained my situation. They spoke to the staff of my agent's office in my home state, scanned and emailed documents for me, and gave me an explanation of Florida rules to aid in resolution of my problem. I very much appreciate their willingness to spend the time it took to help me.
