The flowers as well as the vase received rave reviews from the recipient,and were delivered in timely fashion.One of the few times I have been totally pleased with my choice. Thank you.
My family and I came to the area for vacation, I became very ill and was admitted to Sacred Heart Emerald Coast. My family had to go back home. As a pick me up my sweet husband ordered from here through a third party. The flowers arrived and I was horrified. It was the cheapest looking arrangement I have ever seen in my life. Then thy took it upon themselves to replace irises with tacky roses that were browning around the top.I hate hate hate roses!!! And they let me know by putting a strip of paper in the flowers with a note. The nurses that were taking care of me thought that they looked like funeral flowers to put it mildly! I called and asked them to return my husbands money... By the way they were 60.00 ! The nurse had them taken down stairs for pickup within the hour. I would have given them no stars! Just crappy...!
Have to say I'm unsatisfied. I called in at 9 am asked about same day delivery they said yes they do . So I make my order the lady said it will be there around Noon and now its almost 5 pm they close at 330 the delivery address is literally 20 minutes from the flower shop and still no flowers .so I would have to say don't use if it's important.
Customer service was excellent and the arrangement was lovely according to my elderly cousin! I ordered the flowers the day before her birthday and thought that there might be an extra charge because of the short notice but there wasn't. I will definitely use them again!
I live in Central Florida and placed an online order for same day delivery. This was the day before Easter. The arrangement was delivered within a couple of hours! The recipient called me to let me know how beautiful the arrangement was. I received email confirmations of my order and when the delivery was completed. Excellent service. I would use this florist again.
