It's Walmart. Nuff said. The staff do their job, no problems. They do have an issue with stocking issues. Maybe it's just the time I go shopping but during the day there are a lot of items the remain unstocked
It was great because I purchased everything I had on my shopping list at a great savings. Would rate it 5 stars but THERE IS CHRISTMAS MUSIC PLAYING IN THE SEASONAL SECTION AND IT'S NOT EVEN HALLOWEEN. REALLY PEOPLE? BIG TURN OFF ...MAKES YOU NOT WANT TO BUY HOLIDAY ITEMS. BIG BAD IDEA!!! WAIT TILL AFTER THANKSGIVING PLEASE.
I love this Wal-Mart over the other's in the area. They are always fully stocked. They sell beach related souvenir s as well.
Well needless to say my experience here was horrible! The cashier would not sell me a pack of beer bc my husband of 33 didn't have his ID but I did. Then he left and I went back in to purchase it myself without him and she wouldn't sell me the beer! Said she would run and tell all the cashier s not to sell it to me even though I'm 30years old! Then my husband ask what do they do if you have a child with you and she said it's up to the cashier to determine if your a reliable parent! Which is discrimination in my eyes. I will never visit this Walmart again. This was the Walmart right in Destin FL! We were looking to even move down here from Ohio but they just put a horrible taste in my mouth and made my decision up that I'm not moving here
This Wal-Mart has a better selection then the one in Santa Rosa beach, but it seems that their workers have problems with attitudes when you have a question or a concern, or maybe I'm not approaching the right person. Not to mention one time a cashier approached me in a very inappropriate manner to accuse me of not paying for a lollipop that my child picked out. Look i get it. You have to watch out for thieves, just learn how to do it without accusing me I front of the whole store. All i had to do is show her my receipt and she didn't even apologized. Another yelled out to another store manger about my bra not having a price tag and if she could go and see the price for a (insert bra size here). Like have some manners and respect. She literally yelled it out loud.
