I love there collection
Walked around the store looking for someone to let me in the dressing room. There was also another person waiting for the dressing room. I walked up to the front to where the registers were. There were two associates & one customer. I ask, "Is there someone that could let us in the fitting rooms? & there's another lady back there waiting as well" I was not out of line at all and actually very very nice, just clearly asking for assistance bc I didnt know if they knew we were back there or not. The one lady said, rudely..."I'll be back there shortly, I'm helping a customer!!!". (no she wasn't, she was standing there & the other girl was waiting on a customer) Me, "Seriously? never mind! I don't need your rudeness & YOU don't need my business!" I laid my merchandise down & I walked out. I walked back in to get her name from the other associate to where I could call & report her.
I've worked retail & I knew she wouldn't be a store mgr bc managers & MOST sales asso. don't treat their customers like she did. I was SHOCKED at this woman's attitude! Clearly she has some underlying issues for the day bc I know just by my simple request could not have set her like that.

Clean & open, but very limited inventory/choices.
I did call once I returned home & was told to call back on Wed. to talk w/ the store mgr. Brantley.
Including me, there were 3 customers in the store. I'd think a floor asso. would be necessary here or at least hire more help if one can't handle the register w/ ONE customer.
