Didn't have a great experience here at all! We kept thinking about leaving but the Groupon was good. Still not worth it! Karin seemed to be in a hurry and annoyed with us and what we wanted done. My sister complained about the treatment burning her scalp and she still did not stop to rinse it out. She did an okay job on my mother's cut but after washing it later there was some uneven layers I had to fix for her. I wouldn't go back here, not a pleasant experience!
I would highly recommend!! I did my bridal hair & make-up with Karin and she not only did an exceptional job but also made my experience wonderful. Everyone their are super friendly even down to the receptionist. So I give five stars for their work & customer service!
Terrible experience. Found on Groupon. I was asked when calling for an appointment by Mckenzie to cancel the groupon and pay her directly instead. Price then charged was 20 dollars more than advertised on groupon. It seems color may NOT be Mckenzie's specialty. I wanted a medium blond with no reddish orange color. It was the reason I was having it colored. After her coloring, my hair color came out a slightly different shade of reddish orange, and I was more than disappointed. I expressed my absolute dislike of it, rather than correcting it right away, I was made to feel I was nuts for not liking the reddish orange, which I specifically relayed I wanted to eliminate to begin with. Wish I went elsewhere.
I had an appointment with Karen for 11 AM. At 11:20 I was still waiting. She never even bothered to come up front and apologize for her lateness, offer me a water or a cup of coffee. I was a new client and not a Groupon purchase. Clearly she has no desire to cultivate new business. I ended up leaving because my time is valuable and there is no point getting your hair cut by someone who clearly doesn't care and has no credible customer service skills. Other than that the location is just ok. The salon itself isn't disgusting but you can see it from there. I had to keep the door open to alleviate the stench of too many hair products. The chairs in the waiting room are simply gross. I wouldn't sit back in them I barely sat on the edge. Someone before me left a snot rag stuffed in the side and the chairs look like Goodwill would turn them down. There were dirty floors and cracks in the ceiling. When you are charging $125 for a cut and highlight...have a nicer waiting room. This place is NOT worth it. I implore you find an alternative.
